These apartments which have been family owner for many years were tastefully rebuilt to a very high standard 7 years ago, and over the years have become very popular, attracting return “guests” who have become friends year after year. The rooms are modern with twin beds shower and wc, plus a kitchenette with twin electric hobs, and kettle etc, there is also a TV in every room. Step outside to either a balcony or shared terrace, each with their own table and chairs. |
| Room cleaning is done on a regular basis, including fresh sheets and towels which are provided, and as the family is always on the premises should you need anything. You only have to ask.In addition (for a daily-weekly supplement) there is a safety deposit box and air conditioning in every room – for your security and comfort. Just enquire at the bar. Once you have unpacked, your holiday can begin. |

First there is the pool (one of the largest in the area) with a separate small pool for children. The small pool includes jacuzzi jets so everyone can relax in the soothing jet streams.
The pools are highly maintained and cleaned on a regular basis, and with free sunbeds and umbrellas this makes it the perfect oasis to relax. |

Go to the bar and you will find refreshments of your choice, the beer is served in glasses straight from the freezer. Watch Yiannis or Katerina mix you a refreshing cocktail or enjoy a fresh milkshake, the choice is yours.

It is important to know that Maria Studios used to be a taverna and provide wonderful food. You can have a full English breakfast with imported English ingredients, if you like). But there is everything, from omelettes to burgers to delicious home cooked traditional Greek dishes.

On Saturday nights there is often a traditional Greek BBQ with wonderful spit roast chicken or lamb being served – usually prepared by Yiannis' mum and dad in the greek style. Sometimes Yiannis will dance with his family and you can enjoy and relax or try Greek dancing for yourself. You will find that all prices for food and drink are reasonably priced.

The location of Maria Studios is perfect – turn left and the nearest beach is just around the corner (about 5 mins walk). Turn right and a 15 minute stroll will take you to the main beach and local marina.

| On both beaches you will find a variety of boats or taxi boats to take you to the other more secluded beaches or secret coves. It is also worth a walk up to the monastery of Paleocastritsa. Take your camera as you will find the grounds, courtyards and views very impressive. If you like to walk it is a ‘must’, to try the old donkey trail to the old village of Lakones which is perched high above Paleocastritsa. The views over paleo and its bays are simply breathtaking. It’s here most of the local people live; they are very friendly and are happy to greet you as you go by. If you want to go but don’t fancy the walk, talk to Yiannis or Katerina, they are there to help you. They can try to arrange taxis, scooter hire, cakes for birthdays etc etc. You only have to ask. They have the local knowledge! |

The whole area around Paleocastritsa is one of outstanding natural beauty and is regarded by many as one of the worlds most beautiful places.
